TheWoWDBI have done this quest before, but for some reason my new charactor just reads the NPC quest giver's name as "unknown" and even though I right click to get it, I never get the quest screen to appear.
edit: I went around and finished up the other local quests including the fire one. Before I went to get the head of the main orcish dude of the area, I looked over and Brother Paxton's name was up and I got the quest.

This quest does not appear to be available for Human monks. I have been running a whole bunch of alts through the human starting area lately, and the only class I have not gotten this quest on is when I'm on my monks.
