Puns at play: "What's your problem?" and "Knock it off!" are lines a human female NPC might utter if clicked too many times.

Spoiler
After players have accepted both What's Their Problem? and Knock It Off!, the following conversation will trigger:
[npc=198988]says: We saw Clessington use the amulet in Moonbrook. Its pull was... like hunger. For chaos and power.
[npc=198984] says: My father will use it to spark an insurrection and bring down his political rivals. He's spoken of this plan for years, but I never thought he would actually go through with it.
Master Mathias Shaw says: Even if we know he was behind it all, could he use the amulet to make us forget? To make us think he was in the right? He must be stopped!
As the player fights those in Northshire who have become aggressive, some of them seem to snap out of it, making statements that indicate they were practically in a trance.
Confused Acolyte says: I need to go lay down...
Confused Acolyte says: I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me!
Confused Recruit says: Why am I so angry? I just need to go cool off...
Defias Bandit says: What was I... angry about?
Defias Bandit says: No more... there are other ways to fight for change. Not this.
Confused Recruit says: I don't like the look you're giving me!
Confused Recruit says: Ugh... what was I thinking?
Confused Commoner says: Who are you? Get out of my face!
Confused Commoner says: Wait... This isn't what I wanted...
Not all of those who have turned aggressive are able to be saved. Some of them appear as if they're trying to shake out of it, but just can't quite overcome the emotions that the amulet is causing them. It seems that members of the Defias are the ones that have the most trouble with breaking free from the amulet's hold.
Defias Bandit says: My head...
Defias Bandit says: It doesn't matter! Let it all burn!
Defias Mage says: Ugh... what...?
Defias Mage says: My anger is my own! I'll take everything you have!
Defias Bandit says: What was I... angry about?
Defias Bandit says: I'll tear this whole kingdom down with me!
Interestingly, there is one Defias member that seems fully aware of his actions, and relents not due to a sudden change-of-heart, but something closer to cowardice.
Duncon Ratsbon yells: The Defias answer to me now!
Duncon Ratsbon yells: Bah! The Defias needs their new leader! I will not fall here!

Description
Good to see you again, recruit. Wish it were in better circumstances. Whatever this "influence" is, anybody with half a grudge now thinks it's worth spilling blood over! Not to mention all the Defias bandits! And the hired thugs! At this rate, more soldiers from Stormwind will only create more confusion. From what I've seen, you can knock the sense back into most of these people. If they keep fighting you after their eyes have cleared... do what you must. They have made their choice.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- To Northshire
Vanessa's care for her people deserves better than a brotherhood of bandits. I am glad to see them part ways. And as spymaster, I'm in no small part relieved. Now, Northshire. Peasants can become heroes, there. Perhaps your own journey began in that abbey?
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Knock It Off!
We're too late, <name>. Clessington has holed himself up inside the abbey and is spreading the chaotic influence of the amulet all over Northshire! I don't think most of the people here know the difference between friend and foe, anymore. This man seems like the type to have a backup plan.
