I liked how you and all the NPC's use human's racial multiple times to free yourselves.

The NPC dialogue that goes along with this quest:
Spoiler
[npc=198984] says: With your help, friend, I think we can take down that barrier!
[npc=198988] says: Slow down, rich girl, you'll get yourself killed!
Cecilia runs ahead, with the player following behind. Together they take down the Shadow Barrier blocking the entrance of the Northshire Abbey. They immediately are confronted with the sight of [npc=199006] surrounded by a dark swirl of magic.
Cecilia Clessington says: Father, enough! Is your lust for power really worth all this pain?
Count Clessington says: Cecilia, you've never understood. Onyxia promised our family power. We deserve to rule!
Master Mathias Shaw and [npc=198988] run inside the Main Hall, ready to assist as Count Clessington begins his attack.
Count Clessington yells: I've waited long enough! The kingdom will be mine! FEEL THE POWER OF ONYXIA!
Count Clessington says: You cannot resist me! You cannot fight back! COME, DEFIAS!
Vanessa VanCleef says: You're done, rich man! We're not giving up.
Count Clessington repeatedly calls others to fight for him, and with each wave he uses the power of the amulet against the player and their companions, using the [spell=398311] to stun them. Luckily, this is a group with a strong Will to Survive, and they break out of the spell almost immediately each time. With the nearby attendants and Defias slain, he calls upon some of the confused recruits. Fortunately, they are able to snap out of his hold and are allowed to flee.
Count Clessington yells: NO! I WILL RULE! I WILL BE KING! COME, FOOLS, FIGHT! FIGHT!
[npc=203457] says: Down with, uh.... everything!
Confused Recruit says: Why am I so angry? I just need to go cool off...
[npc=200405] says: Who are you? Get out of my face!
Confused Recruit says: I'm sorry, I don't know what came over me!
With no one left to put between himself and the group, he lowers his defensive barrier and goes on the attack, despite being outnumbered and outmatched.
Cecilia Clessington says: No more, father! Please, please just stop.
Count Clessington yells: NEVER! NEVER...
Count Clessington yells: NO! I CANNOT FALL! ONYXIA PROMISED MORE... MORE...
Count Clessington falls, slain at last, and Cecilia runs over to grieve her father. As she kneels down, an unsettling voice seems to echo out of nowhere.
Cecilia Clessington says: Father...
[npc=199008] says: Power... all yours...

Brilliant storytelling - everything has circled back:Spoiler
The most striking part of this scene is knowing that Cecilia has just watched her father be brutally killed for the good of the Alliance - Stormwind in particular. Ironically, one of the few people who would understand this exact horror - Vanessa VanCleef - is now one of the perpetrators of this act. For so many years, Vanessa held a deep hate towards the people of Stormwind, and those who she saw as "heroes". Perhaps now she will be able to heal, and help Cecilia in the process.
This is the questline for the [race=1] Heritage armor.

Description
I'm no great mage like my father, but I do know a few of his tricks. I saw those signets you got off the enforcers. My father's private chambers were locked by a similar magical trinket, which can be broken apart into pieces. Let me put those signets back together into an arcane key. That should get us past the barrier. Then... I can only hope we can talk some sense into him.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Knock It Off!
We're too late, <name>. Clessington has holed himself up inside the abbey and is spreading the chaotic influence of the amulet all over Northshire! I don't think most of the people here know the difference between friend and foe, anymore. This man seems like the type to have a backup plan.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Will to Survive
... So it is done. I would have liked to have questioned the man more. But the power was too much for him. We cannot allow the amulet to end up in anyone else's hands. Claim it, <name>, and we shall ensure its safe return to Stormwind, together.
