What to do
Description
Akunda the Exalted is not who he seems. He poisoned the eternal spring, sickening all who drank from it. Even I was not immune to his abhorrent alchemy. Now he drains my power, abusing my gift to wipe the minds of all who might try to stop him. We will not let him succeed. What little power I have left, I will lend to you. Use it to call the storm and end the madness that has taken over my temple.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

"Rage... that is all that I can feel right now, blinding, unyielding rage towards 'Akunda The Exalted'! Stealing away everyones' memories like this to create a cult and to steal the power of his own Loa like Yazma did to Shadra is a disgrace to the Loa!Thank you, White Tiger. I had remembered again the importance of your teachings and calmed my mind to channel my rage into something productive. Though I am far from the shores of Pandaria, I still feel that I must hold onto that little I learned while there. Regardless of how angry I feel, acting out irrationally will be counterproductive if I am to save Akunda. Too many have already died because of our Hordes' arrival to this land. I know that's impossible to verify since I had only been here for a few weeks already, and Akunda had already been ensnared by his 'Exalted' for much longer than that apparently, but I'll be damned if another Loa winds up dead..." -Chapter 10 of the Zandalar Campaign Journal, written by Gai'vahros Dawnbreaker of Silvermoon.

Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Repairing the Past
Dis explains why de loa has been silent. Akunda himself has forgotten who he is! Someone or something must be abusing his power. We won't know how to help without speaking to de loa. I can perform a ritual dat may repair Akunda's mind, but it is not without risk.

You have proven worthy of my blessing, <name>. This means should you choose me as your loa, you can call upon my power when needed. Commune at my shrine to receive my gift. Know that whatever you choose, you will always be welcome within these walls.
