Just handed this in on an alt, who I had forgotten to finish it on... and had just reached renown 12 on.
Sadly, I still received a [item=204985] from this quest, instead of a [item=205188]... :(
Confusingly you can pick this up before completing Care to Barter? and Bartering 101, but logically it goes last.
