TheWoWDBLooted 7 of thesee and they just randomly stopped dropping, killed a hundred more fish nothing. I left the area, flew back in. Tried dropping bubble buff and regaining it. Tried logging on and off, NOTHING. So glad we got beta expansion, 3rd quest today that has been broken and non complete able.
UPDATED -- 3/1/26 seems fixed, my quest prog reset to 0 and you can mass pull its all split into single stacks now

Kinda impressive how Blizzard keeps trying to make underwater content happen but they consistently miss the mark
Not sure on the drop rate for this, killed one group and get 6 without issue. Kept killing more and nothing was dropping.
