- When he puts up his Crouch block, it actually blocks *all* damage.
- He two-shots most pets including the Zandalaris especially since they have such low health. That means that barring blocks or damage reduction most pets will get a single hit on him. The exception is the opening pet which will benefit from one round of him buffing.
Here's what finally worked for me.
- Zandalari Anklerender
- Direbeak Hatchling
- Zandalari Anklerender: Black Claw
- Zandalari Anklerender: Hunting Party
- Zandalari Anklerender: Hunting Party continues. He should now be at about ~400 HP.
- Swap: Direbeak Hatchling
- Direbeak Hatchling: Ironskin
- Direbeak Hatchling: Swarm (first round is blocked from Crouch)
- Direbeak Hatchling: Swarm continues
- Direbeak Hatchling: Predatory Strike
The key is Ironskin to weather his Crouch.
