Found Friends is a quest for level 80 in The Ringing Deeps. It is step 13 of 13 in the Lingering Shadows storyline, the final step. It rewards 1,450 experience and money. Completing it counts toward 1 achievement.
So Gallywix has chosen to show his ugly face here, and it looks like he's got himself organized.
We should report this to Alleria. See how she wants to handle it.

For those of you that got this quest but when entering Foundation Hall realized that Alleria was nowhere to be found note you have to fully complete The War Within storyline and receive the achievement. I somehow ended up on this quest without having completed the story line and couldnt figure out where she was.
i did this whole chain thinking it led to the siren isles. turns out i think you need the quest right next to it called the expedition awaits. which imo is kind of weird considering the quest log directs you to take lingering shadows, but maybe thats just me. shrug
As of 11.2 (I think) Alleria seems to be missing from the turn-in spot... not sure where to finish the quest

When I scouted, I heard and saw things that I don't understand. Perhaps if I describe it to you and the goblins, you will know what it means.
Lingering Shadows has 13 steps, from Lingering Shadows to Found Friends.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): Hallowfall (6), The Ringing Deeps (6), Dornogal (1).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Completing this quest counts toward this achievement.
