I did all the quest in the Cape of Stranglethorn but wasn't able to accept this one. I looked for Sassy Hartzang but she didn't give me any quest. I'm playing a Goblin and accepting this quest wasn't possible for me. Might be a breadcrumb quest...
Confirmed. I just killed her and got killed by the gaurds. She does not react to Alliance.

You should really go visit. I can tell just by looking that you need a break after so many difficult, lucrative adventures.
