Seems to be a Spaceballs reference =P
Anyway, please note that while the pygmies won't attack you, you're still liable to be chased by raptors on the way back to Town-in-a-Box.

I so want this as a piece of gear.
Definitely a Spaceballs reference.
Do not, I repeat, do not click off the helmet buff. You'll need it in the next couple of quests.

What to do
Description
We were wrong. It wasn't the naga that were preparing to attack... it was the nearby Oomlot tribe. {name}, you need to get back to the Town-In-A-Box. The pygmies are already attacking! Here, take this. We bought it off of a pygmy who said it used to belong to some great leader of theirs. Someone whose name translates as Dark Tan Helmet. It should fool them so that they don't attack you.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

- Surrender or Else!
<name>, you and Ace need to march those naga hatchlings down there and use them as leverage to convince the leader of the naga to surrender to us. Ace knows where to go on the south side of the ruins... just follow him.
