TheWoWDBDon't skip the optional step of talking to Lyri! As of today(18.03.2021) it is in fact not optional! If you've collected the quest items without talking to Lyri first then the part where you have to turn in the items to Lyri doesn't trigger and talking to her doesn't do anything anymore. Meaning that you have to abandon and restart the quest.
