So many of my friends have returned to the cycle... all because of those strange masks.

You have to return to Tirna Vaal and tell Droman Tashmur what happened here.

I'll make my way there eventually. I just... need some time to say goodbye.

The NPC dialogue after accepting this quest:

Niya says: I'll catch up with you in Tirna Vaal. I... just need time to say goodbye.

Te'zan says: Are you sure it's safe? There are still a lot of masked fae around.

Niya says: I'll be fine, Te'zan. You go on ahead.

Te'zan says: Well... I better stay with you. For protection.

Niya says: Thank you.

Te'zan says: I've heard that Derawyn and Korenth were great at pranks. Is that true?

Niya says: Hah... well, one time with Dreamweaver...

[npc=170012] trails off into an assumed story as the player returns to Tirna Vaal.

tldr: [npc=170013] is best boi.

fun fact if you run off to kill a rare after killing droman krelnor and don't hand in and pick up heartless before droman krelnor respawns Niya will despawn and return to fighting the Droman and you will need to kill him again to get her to run back to the turn in point to pick up heartless
