The aiming on this quest is horrendous as of posting. You can't even aim to most of the target boats.

Stop. Making. Quests. With. Vehicles. That. Aim. Trajectory. Missiles. Until. You. Figure. Out. How. To. Do. It. Properly.
I've found that tweaking camera settings does nothing for this issue either.

You can't aim far enough out for the majority of the dummy boats... however, I tried just spam clicking my cannon in their general direction and eventually some of them hit (even though by all accounts they should not hit since your balls are hitting the water far away from the boats).
Oh well, least it got it completed.
