TheWoWDBDeclan Senal might be a fine Herbalist, but as a Questgiver, he's the worst: "... you go out and drink the potion ..."
OUT! I went to a lot of places with flowers and bees. Why couldn't he just say: ... whenever you get to Rosaline's apiary in Stormsong Valley, you drink the potion ---" And I'd know where to go.The same goes for a lot of his other Quests, descriptions are so inadequate. Emergency Transplants had me looking for Riverbud seeds in my inventory; went back, abandoned to once again find myself with no seeds.
I honestly think you should be able to complete a Quest after reading the in-game description, and not only after going here or somewhere similar.

I was able to take it after ~50 level of profession skill.

Description
You want to learn how these bees are so good at harvesting pollen, but if you show up, they'll start swarming you. What you've got is a problem that can be solved with a little alchemy. I just so happen to have this potion that, once drunk, will turn the imbiber into a plant. Here's the deal: you go out and drink the potion, and you'll see firsthand how the bees do what they do. After the potion wears off, you tell me what happened. Oh, and don't ask why I have that potion on me.
