The mobs around the quest area drop the [item=183138] items. The Bonesheard Grinder quest items are looted from the ground.

Enter through the quest area through the entrance at (41.7, 59.4) and work your way SE to the House of the Chosen. The mobs are nicely spaced out and there are only a few (easily avoidable) large packs that may be tricky if at lower item level.

Don't forget to use Guillotine's signature ability "Mayhem" on cooldown, it does a lot of damage!

Description

It's tough keeping these hands of mine razor sharp. With all the hacking and cleaving, they can grow dull so quickly! What's a girl to do? The House of the Chosen makes some very fine quality sharpening stones. I doubt they will just hand them over, but I'm sure my blades can persuade them otherwise. How about we pay them a visit and see how many stones they can spare?
