TheWoWDBIt's been 7 weeks and the quest still has not shown up. Why is it not just on a set rotation? Why does Guillotine have 4 quests while others just have one? I just want my dragon

had the forth week in a row where this quest did not pop up the other two did twice :D two resets left but i gave up hope i will get this one to finish veilstrider
Same, gh0sth4nd. Last quest for the entire meta achievement, hope it pops up this upcoming Tuesday or the one after that. Probably gonna be a lot of people that miss the title due to this ONE quest if it doesn't show up.

Description
When I was imprisoned in the Etheric Vault, the anima scroungers would come to steal what little strength my soul still had. I swore I'd have revenge upon them should I ever escape. Now, with my blade hands... it's time for my revenge! I've seen anima scroungers near the House of Constructs. I want their leader dead and the anima they took from me recovered!
