I have been standing at the site of the world quest for more than 30 mins, and the Hardened Monelite node never spawned for me. In those 30 mins, at two separate times, I have seen other players walk up to the spot and interact with something. I asked them and they said the Monelite node was there, even though I couldn't see it. Relogging did not fix the problem.
Fairly long respawn, just wait, mine it and quest complete.
Like other people, when I arrived at the quest location I couldn't see the node. I waited around for approximately 4 minutes and it spawned.
