Description
We know that the fel orcs are growing their forces by infusing orcs with demon blood. I need you to venture deep inside these unholy halls and find out how that's happening. We can't risk sending an army into this place until we know exactly what we're dealing with.

At the heart of Outland's barren Hellfire Peninsula stands Hellfire Citadel, a nearly impenetrable bastion that served as the Horde's base of operations throughout the First and Second Wars.
