Can't seem to find ANY information on this quest (even in the wiki and other outdated sources) so I am assuming this used to be the breadcrumb quest for the Blood Furnace dungeon that has since been removed from the game.
Blizzard went through and removed a number of breadcrumb quests leading to dungeons, and battlegrounds - but they seem to have been very inconsistent when doing so. Of the three Hellfire Citadel Dungeons, two still have their breadcrumb intact

Description
This war is far from over. We need to stop the flow of new recruits to the fel orc front if we are to have any hope of victory. Travel to the Blood Furnace and speak with Gunny, he's secured a small area within and I'm sure he could use your assistance. Be forewarned, Gunny is...unusual.

Entrance: Hellfire Basin, Hellfire Peninsula at 45.9, 51.9.

I have no idea, its possible that they removed the quest in some patch. You can just go inside the instance and talk to Gunny and get the instance quests without having to get this one. I have quest completist and was looking allover the map for it and couldn't find it.
