Help Mama Wheeler

For the Help Mama Wheeler chain you must first..
Do the Etheral Tech quest from the Etheral inside Area 52 ((Don't have to do both))
Do the Pick your part Quest from Pappa Wheeler
Then you should be able to accept the Help Mama Wheeler quest chain.

Rewarded from Back to the Chief!, the final quest in a 7-part quest chain, all taking place in Netherstorm, Outland.

If you have destroyed your helmet:
As of 6.2.3, [npc=19570] has the dialog option: "Chief, I've somehow misplaced my X-52 Rocket Helmet!" to which he replies "Well, alright then, there you go, First Officer <charactername>. Just try to be more careful with your helmet in the future. Those things don't grow on trees, you know!" and gives you a new helmet.

If you cannot get the initial quest Help Mama Wheeler from [npc=19645], you need to complete these pre-quests:
Consortium Crystal Collection from [npc=19880] which, once complete, will let you pick up Pick Your Part from [npc=19645].

   - Collect [object=183935] at The Scrap Fields, just southeast of Mama at/around 49.27 59.77. (map) Be warned if you are doing this quest at level: the surrounding mobs have a dynamite attack at low health.

   - Obtain [item=28563] from killing/looting [npc=19738] to the east at 50.69 57.19. (map)

8. Warn Area 52! - Return to Area 52 and speak to [npc=19570] under the rocket at 32.72 64.97. (map)

10. Doctor Vomisa, Ph.T. - Speak with [npc=19832] at 37.27 63.69. (map)

12. You, Robot (At level: Suggested Players [3].)
    - It appears you cannot do this quest if someone outside your party is already on it, as I was given the error "Requires Uncontrolled Scrap Reaver X6000" while someone else was controlling one.
    - Soon after using the provided [item=28634], [npc=19851] (69 elite) will start running at you from the location marked on your minimap (near the bridge around 40.48 62.61). He stops just outside Doctor Vomisha's camp at 37.72 63.46. Watch for him to come running.

14. Back to the Chief! - Return to Area 52 and speak to [npc=19570] who has moved slightly north of the rocket at 32.69 64.42. (map)

RazerWolf came up with a great macro here (will need to be tested once this item is a toy instead of a helm), that simulates a problem with your mount (/panic /emote slams the ejector button!) and ejects you (/dismount /use X-52 Rocket Helmet). He/She also notes that "the Parachute effect only works to the height you blasted off from, so if you're too high up you might still kill yourself."
