TheWoWDBlast 2 weeks this quest bugged on me: for the first try it did not register completion, I needed to do it again.
I did damage the boss and was in range all the time.
strange bug...

If you have issues with quest stayin as "Completed", but not giving you any rewards and actually count as "Failed" - open all of your Cache of Dreams in inventory, then just fly out of WQ zone and in, then you ill be able to complete this quest.
months old bug still not fixed. does bliz need more workers?
doing Hibernation Heroes, get right to the end and just as the boss is done the zone phases and no credit is given and the seed planted also vanishes.. THIS IS A MONTHS OLD PROBLEM.
not just for this but many since a patch was done about 2 months back.
