The Bloom Begins is a quest for level 10-80 in Emerald Dream. It is step 1 of 10 in the A Dream of Fields and Fire storyline, the opening step. It rewards 4,750 experience and money.
I sense a change on the wind. Like the dawning rays of the sun. Like petals before they unfurl. A great swelling energy, right at the heart of the Emerald Dream.

Is there a way to turn the visual effects off (the blur and glowing green edges)? I can't do this quest chain because of the nausea it causes. I've tried /console ffxglow 0, but that doesn't have any effect.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Amirdrassil draws power from the Wellspring Temple in preparation for its bloom. The barrier protecting the temple will not last much longer under Fyrakk's assault. I have sent messengers all across Azeroth asking for reinforcements, but none have yet arrived.
