TheWoWDBI just received this quest from doing the Honeyback Harvester event. It didn't drop in the chest at the end, but rather from Gurg the Hivethief that spawns during the event. I'm not sure if this is a one-time drop, but it does give 750 rep (it gave me 1k rep with all my rep bonus buffs).
