I hit 120 pretty early in the Stormsong Valley quest line and in trying to skip straight to the Cycle of Hatred chain I ended up getting really frustrated.
If you skipped the quests at Brennadam and the Eckhart Lodge and Felicia doesn't offer you "Having A Blast," make your life easier by going directly to Sergeant Calvin on the bridge leading north out of Brennadam (57.6, 66.4) and do the quests until you get “Survivors." That will lead you to Patrick Eckhart at the Eckhart Lodge (57.8, 55.4), who will eventually give you “Worse Than It Looks,” which will lead you to Felicia Gladstone at Beacon Hill (46.4, 37), who will finally give you “Having A Blast.”
If you do what I did and finish the quests at Eckhart Lodge before figuring out that you need to start with Sergeant Calvin you will not get “Survivors” at all but Calvin will run out of quests and if you look at your map you will notice that “Having A Blast” is now available at Beacon Hill.

This quest is pretty straightforward, so I doubt many people will check wowhead before doing it, but the quest gives you a huge cheat. The dynamite you're given does a pretty good knockback, but if you use it next to a blackpowder ore interactable (do the devs really think that's where black powder comes from? they could have just called it explodicite or something) it will instakill the miners and technicians and do about 70% damage to the big guys.

What to do
Description
We're going to really hit 'em where it hurts, {name}. They're carting tons of black powder right out of that mine. This could end very badly for all of us if we don't do something. The mines are relatively undefended, I bet you can get in and wipe out their workers before they realize what's happening. Keep an eye out for some explosives, if we can use their own tools against them, even better!

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Grizzled
I saw a particularly ugly and quite agitated goblin barking orders at the rest of the miners. I'm willing to bet he's crucial to their entire operation. If you can get into the mine and eliminate him, hopefully it will throw things into disarray.
