I have some weird stuff going on too. I get the 3 sets of fish and then drop them off but i still cant set a net.
Am i missing something?
For some reason this quest is unavailable to me, even thought the spot is unlocked, I can place a net and do the catch and release quests

The fish could be biting better, don't you think? You know, that gives me an idea. Legend says these lava lakes are not always abundant with hot-loving fish. They say, pools were stocked with fish when the dragons soaring overhead dropped them! Can you believe it? Maybe you and your drake could give it a try?
