TheWoWDBIf you're like me and are looking for a quest item to use on the glowing fish, you just have to run into (swim ?) the fish to scare them off. You can be mounted on your dragon, you won't dismount in water, makes it much faster than swimming around to the damned ottuks

The quest is no longer appearing for me. Anyone know why? EDIT: It seems you can only unblock one net each day, so you have to choose which fishing hole you want to unblocked the net at.
Anyone know about this?
I've never had a problem turning in "Otter Devastation" until today.
I picked up the quest, scared the ottuks, then when I went to turn it in I got this message:
"Turn in for "Otter Devastation" failed. This quest's unique reward already exists in your inventory. Remove it to complete this quest."
I have no idea what that 'unique reward' is exactly.
I went to the Blocked Net and cannot interact with it, telling me I need to complete a daily quest.
Any suggestions?
