For some reason, the quest isn't starting for me. I did the "controlled shark eats naga" mission, got the quests to give air to bubbled captives AND to kill Naga, but when I approach the trident pyramids.... nothing happens.
There's a Trident stand at 60,69 that now has the quest pick up, hand in is still UI Pop up.
I've been trying to find this quest popping up, abandoning and retaking, but eventually I saw that in 4.3 at least it doesn't automatically pop up anymore.

Description
Naga weapons... As you cast your vision on the naga Holding Pens, you see dozens of similar stacks of tridents positioned strategically. Destroying their weapons could only hamper whatever wicked designs they are carrying out in this region...
