Dropped by Coldlight Hunters or Coldlight Oracles which are both kills for the quest Die Fishman Die for Horde and Coldlights Out for Alliance. Not sure if you need the quest, but I'd already killed about 15 of them before I went back to Orako and accepted it and the egg dropped after about three kills.

Yup, I killed a bunch before getting the quest, then it dropped for the first hunter I killed after accepting the quest.
