I sense a bond between Kael'thas and yourself.
I killed him....twice, cut off his head the second time. Im surprised every other line isn't him cursing at me.

this quest currently causes some phasing issues for anything provided by The Accuser. i've been lazy about doing the campaign questline and now i can't pick up today's calling quest (Challenges in Bastion) because the NPC is phased to another location! you also can't pick it up from the version of The Accuser who provides the questline at darkfall tower ([npc=161208]), meaning you may have to complete the entire chunk of quests to make the NPC reappear in sinfall.
eta: the accuser reappears in sinfall after you turn in Blackbale Betrayers, Maldraxxian Weapons, and There's Always a Paper Trail.

Description

I will personally tend to the absolution of Kael'thas Sunstrider. His current state and trauma requires nothing short of perfect intervention and instruction to correct. I would welcome your assistance in this. I sense a bond between Kael'thas and yourself. I think your presence may help inspire him down a better path. If you're willing, meet us at Darkwall Tower. Prince Renathal suffered a great defeat there once. Perhaps a better fate will be found this time.
