TheWoWDBIn order to complete the first step, Enter Sinfall, you will need to head down the stairs that are located behind Theotar, the quest giver, and step through the red portal.
After stepping through the portal, you will need to head down the stairs and look for a floating sword called Vorpalia. Moving close to it should complete the quest and you turn it in right there, at the sword.

As of right now, there seems to be a bug for some that you cannot turn in this quest . No the model is not improperly loaded, it's supposed to be a floating sword. Simply relog if you come across the turn-in bug and it should be fixed.

Description
Well, here we are -- Sinfall. Last I saw, the Master was dragging Prince Renathal and his most loyal followers here in a prison convoy. However, this is a forbidden place, wrapped in rumors and mystery. I heard it was once the workshop of Denathrius, where he performed dark experiments. Intriguing to be sure, but we are here to find Renathal. Search below, but proceed with caution. I will send word for the Accuser to make her way here with what allies she can muster.
