TheWoWDBI can't get this quest, all I got from him after completing this entire questline was daily blue ! repeatable quests to turn in sinstone fragments. It's the final quest I need for Sojourner.

I know this is late,but check your bag,cuz if you have another green sinstone looted the quest does not show up until you do that boss or delete the sinstone
Same, I'm wondering if it's not bugged. I even did the repeatable Inquisitor Sinstone quest twice. Going to try the next tier up and see if that triggers anything.
