TheWoWDBI tried picking up this quest from the Adventure Guide and couldn't, so I put in a ticket. The GM's letter reiterated that one can't get optional intros for questlines that you've already done a quest, because in essence, the game then "knows" you already know of that questllne. In this case, I figured out that I'd already done Noressa, so that made me ineligible.

For anyone panicking at the above comment, disregard it. I had also already completed Noressa but had no problems getting the quests to successfully complete the Crafting War requirement for Insurrection.

Description
