Fly to the Crimson Thicket, all locations are very close to it. The quest markers on your map point to the entrance of the leyline areas, not to where to place the disruptor: that spot is all the way in the back of the caves in all three locations.
The eastern one just has a bunch of nightborne mobs in it. The middle one (Kel'balor) has some withered, and a laser grid around the location that heavily damages you, watch out. The most western one is filled with spiders that are also on the ceiling, so don't get caught off-guard.

RESPECT THE LASER. If you die because you're multi-tasking during this quest because you think it's just another run of the mill quest, it puts you with a spirit healer waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay far away.

What to do
Description
Valtrois has a plan for the Sanctum's energy barrier. Several key Arcway locations throughout Suramar harness the power necessary for it. These Energy Disruptors she made will remotely break the links simultaneously on activation, causing the barrier to fall. Take these devices and install them at the leylines, then return here for the surprise assault on the Sanctum.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
