Into the Churning Gulch (Alliance)

Into the Churning Gulch is an Alliance-only quest for level 20-30 in Blade's Edge Mountains. It is step 53 of 95 in the Blade's Edge Mountains storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Blade's Edge Mountains at 53.3, 41.2. It rewards 1 reward item, 4,100 experience and money.

Description

Very well, I'll create this trap, but first I want something in return.

There happens to be a nearby gronn that is in possession of an item that I want, but you can't face him, not yet anyway.

So, you and I are going to fashion a sleeping powder from the poison of the nearby crust bursters.

You'll find them in the Churning Gulch to the southwest. Bring me a number of their glands, and be quick about it!

Where to go

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Pay the Baron a VisitBlade's Edge Mountains · Level 20-30

This is bad news. Gorgrom the Dragon-Eater is behind the recent Bloodmaul plans against Sylvanaar! Why he's manipulating them, and not just using the Bladespire, I don't know. But if we're to deal with a gronn, we're going to need help.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Goodnight, GronnBlade's Edge Mountains · Level 20-30

I've outdone myself again. I've fashioned a sleeping powder for you to use on Grulloc, the gronn I spoke of who is guarding what I want. Grulloc keeps himself at the Cursed Hollow, an area at the eastern edge of Dragons' End on the other side of the Circle of Blood.
