Intercepting the Mana Cells

Bash'ir Landing is around [51,16] in Blade's Edge Mountains.
Evergrove is the closest flight path there.

• Kill mobs until you find the Bash'ir Phasing Device.
• 
  
• Then use the item and you will get phased out (you can compare it to mages invisibility spell but you can use spells).
• 
  
• Then you will be able to find crates (you are able to see one in the screenshot, they are pink/purple) which contains Smuggled Mana Cell.
• 
  
• Watch out so that the Phase Wyrms Don't kill you as you will lose the phase buff.
• 
  
• When you are done with the quest just right click on the buff and turn it in at shatt.

Edit: Added a little more information.

The way this works is that you kill Etherum until the Bash'ir Phasing Device drops. When you use it, you become invisible to the Ethereals in the area and can only see mana cells and wyrms. Generally, it's one wyrm to one cell. Unlike mage invisibility, you can use all your abilities as normal (even mount!) and not aggro the ethereals. The buff has no time limit. but will fade once you leave Bash'ir Landing. The next time you want to do the quest, you will need to kill ethereals until you get another phasing device.

You need the Bash'ir Phasing Device! to able to see the mana cells. The Bash'ir Phasing Device drop from any ethereal, it also drops from the elementals.
