The feeding "mound" looks like a a glowing red rack of raw ribs laying on the snow. Use the drums near the "ribs' to summon Jorhuttam. (For some reason I had to use the drums twice to get him to emerge). Once the quest is complete, make sure you get the nearby flight-point(Ironhorn Enclave) if you have not done so already Turn the quest in to Hymdall. He is standing next to Odyn in your class hall.

Description

You upheld your end of your promise. I will do the same. Take these drogbar drums. Then bang on them to call upon Jorhuttam to feast. Find the Great Worm's feeding mound and use the drums to lure her out.
