I had the same issue. You have to find out which quest you never got. For me it was Stolen Honor in Stormheim. I did Stormheim last, and therefor only had about half a level of questing there. I used the list on wowdb (http://www.wowdb.com/quests/other/warrior-campaign?sort=req-lvl) to figure it out. Once I did that quest, I got breadcrumbed into the rest.
Im experiencing problem as to how to aquire this Quest.. Im level 110 Warrior and nothing popped up while i was leveling not even now at full level. Odyn offers no quests at all...

Description
We would do well to bolster our own forces before calling upon our allies to join us in the final conflict against the Legion. There still remains much to do in the Broken Isles and victories there will give us the momentum we need to crush the enemy.
