Just right click the green item in your bag and then spam the three attacks rinse and repeat as the go off cool down. When Lord Azrethoc dies just hit Jugkar a couple more times and turn your quest in on the screen.
I was with my Orc-Warlock-level 31-Demonic. Had to kill a fel-guard patrol, and a stationary she-devil, both level 35. But it took 3 tries on my targets to complete. I did not understand to well how to use the controlled demons from my action bar until the third time. Did it, completed. Turned in.
