In case anyone is doing this quest as a higher level I had to disengage after I killed the dragon as the quest kinda just froze. I went and killed the last boss and the Courier was back when went back to him. Then hit him but not the dragon, the dragon will abandon him then hit him again and done.

Description
Thank you, {class}, for braving the horrors of this dark and terrible place. The bowels of Grim Batol are the heart of Cho'gall's war machine. If we are to stop his machinations throughout the Highlands, we must learn all we can from these depths. Seek out Drahga Shadowburner within. He is Cho'gall's runner, the link between here and the Bastion of Twilight. We must learn the secrets he carries.
Getting there
Inside the dungeon: Grim Batol
Don't be fooled by Grim Batol's humble exterior; many of this mountain fortress's desecrated chambers are buried deep in the Twilight Highlands. Once the stronghold of the Wildhammer dwarves, and later seized by orcs as a prison for Alextrasza, the city is now in the clutches of the Twilight's Hammer cult.
