Does it have a requirement? I don't see it on the map while I see it on wowhead's map.
Even if there are no prisoners chained to the pillar but the pillar can be used, it still counts for the quest. Nice if you are pressed for time or the quest is about to expire... but I can't help feeling like a jerk when I do.
