"Margrave Sin'dane has asked for our assistance in dealing with allies of Kel'thuzad. Make them pay!"
What?
Kel'thuzad is here?
Margrave Sin'dane is friendly now? This worldquest feels like spoilers for something that hasn't happened yet, atleast not to me as Night Fae. Either I should've been notified in some way that Margrave Sin'dane is on our side (or whatever is going on there), or the WQ voiceline should've been different per covenant, similarly to how Broken Shore gave custom voicelines per class.
This might've been intended and something messed up though, as the description says "Sin'dane's Forces disrupted" with no mention of Kel'thuzad.
Quickest way is to look for [npc=172557]s, found flanking entrances and stairs. Despite what it says above, these NPCs give 5% per kill, and are not Elite, so they're easy to kill.
Considering that the objective of the quest is to 'Disrupt Sin'Dane's Forces,' there's probably a mess up going on. I could be wrong, but I don't think even the Necrolord Campaign has gotten to where this voice line makes sense.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Objective areaIn-game waypoint: /way #1536 68.0 30.3
TheWoWDB/way #1536 68.0 30.3Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Maldraxxus, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Maldraxxus:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Completing this quest counts toward this achievement.
Defeating Nerissa Heartless, this quest’s target, counts toward this achievement.
