Not Horde specific, but it does seem to be dracthyr specific. (Guildy, who is Dracthyr was able to pick it up).
I'm unable to accept it, having completely every other quest in the zone with the exception of a profession one and this one.If anyone IS able to complete this as non-dracthyr, please reply to my comment and i'll adjust it.
