This quest came from a sword left on the ground (with quest marker) found after killed NPC Supreme General Pa'valak during the Krrrn Trr! time rift event, following Soridormi's event progress instruction to "Kill Supreme General Pa'valak".
Finally dropped. Happened at /way 49.4, 56.5 right where you typically start a timeway invasion, but was my 3rd task of the invasion before receiving the first green crate.
