TheWoWDBCompleted all the objectives in the quest, I got the reputation and objectives are greyed out
but it said in chat that the quest failed and I received no reward... :/
it was the last piece I needed for the Legion cloth dungeon set /sadpanda! RESOLVED !
Update - in case anyone else ever has this issue :
the problem was I ran it on mythic (habit).
I changed difficulty to normal, zoned back in, and it gave me credit and reward
