This is a Warrior Only breadcrumb quest to visit Grezz Ragefist, an Orgrimmar Warrior Trainer.
The follow-up to this quest is A Dangerous Alliance, a Blackrock Depths quest for Faceguard Of The Horde or Headguard Of The Horde.
It appears that this quest is not given retroactively to players who had already progressed beyond level 50 when the Shattering occured.
