Meet with Kazak Darkscream is a Horde-only quest for level 20-30 in Orgrimmar. It rewards 1 reputation reward and 525 experience.
I have just received word from Kazak Darkscream, Orgrimmar's foremost warlock trainer. He wishes you to travel to Orgrimmar and speak with him at The Barracks in the Valley of Honor. It sounds like he has an important mission for you.

This is a Warlock Only breadcrumb quest to visit Zevrost, an Orgrimmar Warlock Trainer.
The follow-up to this quest is Stones Of Binding, a Blackrock Depths quest for Horns Of The Left Hand Path.
It appears that this quest is not given retroactively to players who had already progressed beyond level 50 when the Shattering occured.
Some how I got credit for this quest on my main even though he is not a horde or even a warlock
I'm not getting this as a 45 Warlock
