This is a Rogue Only breadcrumb quest to visit Gordul, an Orgrimmar Rogue Trainer.
The follow-up to this quest is The Dark Iron Army, a Blackrock Depths quest for Facemask Of The Shattered Hand.
It appears that this quest is not given retroactively to players who had already progressed beyond level 50 when the Shattering occured.
