The best way to go to Mistress Il'thendra is to click on the navigation console on the "Vindikaar" and get teleported to the Veiled Den. Leave the camp and keep left. Turn right and ride between the two big guns and continue over the bridge. You will find Mistress Il'thendra straight ahead in "The Spirit Crucible".
