For Mistress of the Claw, the entrance to find Lea underground is at [47, 30] in the Dreamgrove, labeled Tel'Andu Barrow Den on the map with a picture of an entrance, south of where the quest marker is.
The next quest, To The Hills, to fill a flask, is NOT underground. You have to walk back to the surface, then head to a moonwell up a hill at [35.4, 25.6]. There are three VERY SMALL clickable pink flasks sitting on the edge of the moonwell, which you might not notice at first. Click one of those to complete the quest. After that, to turn it in to Lea in her new location, you go through the Emerald Dreamwalker portal at [55, 22], and from there go through the Grizzly Hills portal at [32, 27] (the left of the two northernmost portals). In Grizzly Hills, there's a quest marker on the map at [51, 36], but again this is deceptive - Lea is underground again! Fly up to the center of the huge tree (remember flying? stretch your wings!) at [51, 42], the fly down about 20 feet off the ground, then fly northward into another burrow where you'll find Lea.

Description
The great forest guardian, Ursoc, gave his life for this world ten thousand years ago. After the guardian's death his claws were hidden away, safe from any who would use their power for evil. Lea Stonepaw and her Druids of the Claw consider Ursoc their paragon and dedicate their lives to following in his example. If anyone would know where the claws reside, it would be Lea. She and her Druids of the Claw reside in the Tel'Andu Barrow Den just to the north.
