TheWoWDBNot false, just missread. The items you recieve are stacked in stacks of 10, the crystals stack in stacks of 100. These are great items that you can use to keep stamina buffs on your character at all times.

This is because it is one of the ~Pick up and hand in with one click~ style quests, or one of the special repeatables which are scattered around the world which don't actually seem to treat themselves as real repeatables. Even if you query the blizzard servers for your completed quests, this quest registers as incomplete.
Maybe this will change in future, but is valid as of the posting date.
