More Irradiated Crystal Shards is an Alliance-only quest for level 1-30 in Bloodmyst Isle. It rewards 3 reward items.

Not false, just missread. The items you recieve are stacked in stacks of 10, the crystals stack in stacks of 100. These are great items that you can use to keep stamina buffs on your character at all times.
Please note that Add-ons (Such as EveryQuest) and the Wowhead Profiler do not count this quest as completed even if you have done it. This is because it is one of the ~Pick up and hand in with one click~ style quests, or one of the special repeatables which are scattered around the world which don't actually seem to treat themselves as real repeatables. Even if you query the blizzard servers for your completed quests, this quest registers as incomplete.
Maybe this will change in future, but is valid as of the posting date.
Check whether you have already completed it in-game: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(9642))

Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
